Job Summary

UK: Salary up to £50k

Flame Pharma is currently working alongside a global contract research organisation that is a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Who specialise in the strategic development, management and analysis of programs that support Clinical Development. They currently have a fantastic vacancy for an industry experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager. The Role

Reporting to the Study Director you will effectively manage all staff under his/her jurisdiction (or assist in staff management as appropriate) whilst managing projects in a timely manner in adherence with company SOPs and appropriate regulations and to liaise with other department managers as necessary to achieve this. It is essential to keep individual project costs under control, monitor the quality specification within the project, liaise with clients on project related matters and ensure all necessary training is provided to his/her staff to improve their job performance and knowledge & maintain documentation of training as appropriate. You will keep senior management informed of project status in relation to both quality, timelines and staff issues & liaise with other managers to improve the effectiveness of the organisation & maintain confidentiality of management information as appropriate.

The Person

You will be an Experienced Clinical Project Manager with an outstanding track record within a CRO or a pharmaceutical company complete with a high level of relevant work experience in clinical research. You will have the ability to co-ordinate all aspects of study management, ability to liaise successfully with clients, Current full driving licence and the Ability and willingness to travel at least 35% of the time (International and Domestic; fly and drive).
