Flame Pharma are currently working alongside a full service International Contract Research Organisation to recruit an experienced CRA to join their growing team in Moscow. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company well known for their proven expertise in supporting global clinical trials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.

With over 25 year’s experience, this expert CRO is dedicated to ensuring that each clinical trial is executed to the highest possible standards.

The Role

As a CRA II the successful candidate will be primarily tasked to set up and monitor clinical trials conducted as part of international projects. The CRA II will have extensive experience, including experience of start up, monitoring and close out. In addition, the CRA II will have the opportunity to mentor junior CRAs and may be asked to take on project co-ordination activities as a lead CRA.

The Person

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a medical, clinical, scientific or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience together with proven experience as a CRA. A good understanding of ICH-GCP, applicable regulations and monitoring practices is essential as is a track record for ensuring quality data and performing superb site management. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be able to use their own initiative and work within an international team. A valid driver’s license is required and the successful candidate should be willing to travel up to 80%
