Flame Pharma is working with one of the world’s leading CRO’s in recruiting a Clinical Program Director. With a portfolio of clinical trials covering a broad range of therapeutic areas, they are committed to improving lives by providing excellence in Clinical Research and are thus seeking a like-minded individual to join their team. This person will be based within their European Headquarters in Ascot.

The Role:

The Clinical Program Director will manage one or more full-service, multi-national projects from proposal development to final deliverables to the customer. As a key senior figure within the division, they will serve as the primary client contact at the operational level. They will direct the preparation and maintenance of project plans and monitors against projected progress; ensuring project activity compliance and assess resource needs for multi-national trials and also establish appropriate project teams.

The Person:

The ability to direct, lead, negotiate and act as a liaison between multi-disciplinary departments and clients is essential. The Clinical Program Director will be an exceptional communicator and decision maker on a global scale. Preferred candidates should have both extensive clinical research project management experience and clinical research experience in a senior capacity whilst they must be qualified to degree level or the equivalent.
