Job Title

Clinical Research Nurse

Background

As a vital part of the study team, Clinical Research Nurses are responsible for planning and implementing the practical aspects of a clinical study, and ensuring the health and safety of human volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Volunteer supervision.
• Volunteer recruitment and screening.
• Performing clinical procedures (recording vital signs, recording vital signs, collecting and processing blood samples, collecting biological samples).
• Data collection and recording.
• Compiling study related guidelines.
• Ordering study supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified in general/adult nursing or equivalent
• Extensive registration experience
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP
• Ability to perform 12-lead ECG
• Proven organisational skills
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be skilled in using basic computer packages
