Flame Pharma Clinical Research - Project Manager Job - Berkshire:

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading provider of integrated data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety. Offering a salary of up to £45K plus car allowance! You will have overall responsibility for project and team management you will be responsible for the delivery of this organisation’s eProcess solutions for electronic data capture (EDC) to their international Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology customers.

Background

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager for overall responsibility of effective international project management of this client’s solution to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong leadership in all aspects of project management including quality assurance and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the technical and business quality of engagement work products, solutions, and deliverables.
  • Manage processes to meet all applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Organise, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contracted project activities and provide guidance to customer on the best practices for implementing e-Process solutions.
  • Develop project tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets.
  • Exercise scope management/control respecting the client, team, and organisations needs; Develop contingency plans.
  • Assure process compliance with all regulatory and organizations procedural requirements.
  • Manage multi-discipline teams of internal & external resources.
  • Interact and communicate regularly with team and client staff.
  • Understand project skill requirements, and assemble resources.
  • Interact and communicate regularly with team and client staff; Document regular status reports.
  • Manage delivery of organisations-based clinical trial products & processes within a customer consultative relationship.
  • Assure that the work product and project deliverables are of the highest quality to satisfy client expectations.
  • Assemble necessary documentation and records.
  • Conduct quality assurance of documentation and delivery. 

Skills and Experience

  • Graduate with extensive experience of Clinical/Data project management in the Pharmaceutical and /or CRO industry.
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability for rapid on-the-job learning, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technology.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
  • Good knowledge of ICH/GCP Regulations and clinical trial methodology and a high level understanding of application design and development processes.
  • Experience with life cycle development and user requirements methodologies.
  • Availability to travel to client sites (up to 30% travel).
  • Fluent in written and verbal English. A second European language would be beneficial but not essential.
