Flame Pharma Clinical Research Jobs - Lead Clinic Nurse Job - London (Hammersmith)

Flame Pharma are working alongside one of the UK’s leading supplier of premium vision correction laser eye treatments that operate throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. A clinic nurse is required to work on a full time basis to include some evening and Saturday shifts within the London area.

The Role

Working closely with the Clinic Manager you will support the clinical team, ensuring the adherence to company guidelines, protocols and regulatory standards whilst ensuring the highest quality of care throughout the treatment process. Excellent communication skills together with first class interpersonal and organisational skills are key qualities for success within this role. You will closely monitor all aspects of the service provision, ensuring that patients receive optimum levels of care. As Clinic nurse you will supervise all activities associated with the treatment process and ensure all standards of clinical and nursing care are consistently maintained and best practice protocols are adhered to.

The Person

You must be a fully NMC registered General Nurse, (RGN) assuming responsibility for clinical and nursing issues within the clinic. You will be a real team player with a proven ability to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and patients alike. Excellent communication and organisational skills are paramount as is the ability to effectively liaise with other professionals (Surgeons and Optometrists) in the care planning for patients. In addition you must demonstrate the capability to work within a team as well as being able to lead it when necessary. Ophthalmic experience is advantageous but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
