Flame Pharma Medical Affairs Jobs – Business Administration Manager Jobs – London (Covent Garden)

Flame Pharma is working alongside a Market Leader specialising in Cosmetic Surgery to appoint a Business Administration Manager to join their established and dedicated team in Covent Garden enabling this progressive and dynamic organisation to maintain their reputation for excellence.

The Role:

As Business Administration Manager you will ensure the efficient running of the clinic and assume responsibility for the management of the administration and Reception team, supervising and providing support to ensure each individual staff member’s daily tasks are completed. You will ensure all administration procedures are followed as per company policy and that all policies/protocols are up to date. Administration tasks will include; ensuring the Reception team provide exceptional customer service to all patients, to handle and manage patient telephone enquiries, maintaining the ‘Budget’ Spreadsheet and completing induction check lists for all new staff members; nurses and administrators. You will work together with the Clinic Manager to ensure the clinic complies with all Care Quality Commission regulations and is subsequently ready for an inspection at any time.

The Person:

As Business Administration Manager you will have proven experience as an office manager alongside experience in direct management of a team of at least 5 people and indispensable customer service experience. Your administration skills will be exceptional and you will have previous experience of handling both written and verbal complaints. It is essential that you have experience in handling confidential data and have familiarity with data protection legislation. Previous experience of audits and customer service experience gained in a clinic environment is desirable.
