Flame Health Pharmacy - Pharmaceutical Sales – Sales Manager Job – UK and Europe

Salary:  Up to 30k, bonus and car

Our client is an innovative pharmaceutical company with divisions specialising in healthcare and consumer healthcare, plus is working in conjunction with one of the world’s leading sportswear organisations.  With major expansion plans and exposure in Europe, we are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to promote pharmaceutical generic dossier and API sales in the European Union.  This exciting opportunity will report directly to the board of directors, and will have enormous potential for progression.

THE ROLE:

The Sales Manager will identify and secure new customers, research market and customer information to promote company products.  You will keep abreast with approved supplier product portfolio and negotiate terms of sales agreements: make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.  The Sales Manager will prepare and present commercial proposals to the Board, plus develop with the Board, commercial standards and procedures to control business risks.

THE PERSON:

The Sales Manager must have strong, proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry – this must be within the active ingredients field.  The ability to present clear communication supported by good analytical and presentation skills with a diligent and dependable approach is essential.  You must have strong negotiation skills with exceptional command of English.  A driving licence is essential.
