Flame Pharma Sales and Marketing Jobs - GP Sales Representative Jobs - North West Area

North West:  Excellent package including salary of approx £30k, car and bonus

Are you an experienced Sales Representative within the medical or pharmaceutical sector?  Do you want to help expand the UK sales force for the World’s largest multi-national company entirely focused on the recruitment and running of clinical trials?  Our client recruits large volumes of high quality patients for the global pharmaceutical industry by proactively recruiting patients onto clinical trials. The Role of the GP Sales Representative is to proactively build on an existing GP network by promoting clinical studies and benefits to the community via face to face interaction with practice managers and GPs in the area.  The GP Sales Representative will accelerate growth of the GP network by identifying and promoting opportunities by region and ensuring deliveries of targets


The Role

  •  Influence and motivate target GPs through effective relationship development
  •  Develop and maintain strong knowledge of NHS/SHA environment (PCT, PBC, QuOF etc..) and GP systems (Emis and Vision etc..) adapting to change, delivering greater opportunity by focusing effects on solutions rather than barriers
  •  Present and discuss service and benefits that the company can provide across region with confidence and authority
  • Identify and address opportunities that result in expansion of the UK GP network resulting in the company profitable growth. Demonstrating resilience and energy when company priorities change
  • Identify and maintain key contacts by utilising these relationships to promote company in your region

 
The Person

The GP Sales Representative will have a science degree coupled with proven sales experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.   An understanding of PCT/SHA environment, up to date knowledge of PCT, PBC,QuOF etc and GP systems, InPS Vision and Emis is ideal.  You will be used to the delivery of targets, problem solving, strong communication skills, (written and oral), service demonstration skills, strong IT skills, Planning and organising, Target focussed, self starter, articulate, analytical thinking.  You must be able to drive, be self motivated, team player and professional, confident and pro active
