Flame Pharma has a proven track record of working across the full clinical research process from drug discovery to drug launch, including pre clinical research (testing pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and ADME) before getting FDA or EMA approval to conduct human clinical trials.

Diversity of Job Roles

We recruit experienced clinical and medical staff on smaller local clinical trials within Phase I to international multicentre clinical research programs during Phase II and Phase III for both small and international CROs, helping them recruit Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, CRA, Clinical Project Management, Quality Assurance, Nursing and Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety Professionals across key therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Oncology, Infectious Disease, Respiratory, Rheumatology and Neurology.
